4. How long does it take to complete an order?

Lead times vary depending on complexity and current workload, but most custom pieces take between 4–8 weeks. We’ll give you a timeline when we finalize your order.

5. Do you ship furniture?

No, we will deliver your order to your house. Depending on location and distance, there may also be a delivery fee.

6. What finishes do you use?

We use a lacquer-based finish because it dries quickly, helps us complete your order faster, and provides a durable, low-maintenance surface.

7. Will my furniture look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly. Each piece of wood has its own grain, color, and quirks. While we aim for consistency, variations are part of the handcrafted experience.

10. What’s your return policy?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if there’s a structural issue or damage during the delivery process, we’ll make it right.
